Printing and shipping

Each poster is printed to order on heavyweight matte paper and shipped rolled in a sturdy tube. Shipping is free in the US. Other countries we ship to pay a flat $15. We email the tracking link as soon as your poster ships.

Damaged or misprinted posters

If your poster arrives damaged or does not match the preview, email [email protected] within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We reprint it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Changes and cancellations

Because each poster is personal, we cannot take returns of a correct poster. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email us quickly: until it goes to print we can update or cancel it.

PDF orders

PDF downloads are delivered instantly. If the file does not work for your print shop, email us and we will fix it or refund you.
